Arman is one of Kaizen Therapy's Intern Therapists and is offering low-cost pay-what-you-can therapy ($35-$95) as he completes the required hours for his Master's level education.
This rate is available for the duration of Arman's internship, which is projected to be completed April 2026. You will have the option of remaining with Arman beyond this point, but rates may increase.

You’ve taken a courageous step in reaching out for support. You may be transitioning through a difficult period, feeling anxious, low in energy, or struggling to focus and make decisions with clarity and confidence. Your relationships might feel more one-sided than mutual, leaving you emotionally drained and confused. Perhaps you find yourself living in a constant state of fight or flight, disconnected from your breath and the present moment. If any of this resonates, you may have just found the right connection; someone who understands not only through education, but also through lived experience.
Therapy with me isn’t about quick fixes but rather an aim for sustainable progress. I believe in meeting you where you are and helping you develop the self-awareness and emotional strength needed to move forward with purpose. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in the belief that positive change is possible.
My work is informed by research and guided by empathy. It draws from proven schools of thought such as Psychodynamic psychotherapy, Family Systems, Attachment Theory, and working with the “self.” Sessions are flexible, supportive, and centred around your unique goals. It’s a space to talk openly about what’s been happening for you, and explore how therapy can help you move toward peace and personal liberation.
In my free time, I enjoy training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, learning Spanish, and exploring spiritual
and personal growth practices. Time in nature and breath work help me stay centred and
connected, and remind me that growth happens through stillness as much as effort. I aim to
embody the same principles I encourage in others like awareness, balance, and ongoing
personal evolution.
Pay-What-You-Can: $35 — $95 per session.
Once you book your free 30-minute consult, you will be able to select your rate, which will be locked in until the end of the therapist's internship.
