Therapy for Anxiety

Anxiety is one of the most common reasons people seek therapy, and it’s also highly treatable. Whether you’re constantly worrying, experiencing panic, or feeling physically tense, support is available. Our online therapy for anxiety is available across Canada.

You or your child may be dealing with:

  • Excessive or uncontrollable worrying
  • Panic attacks
  • Restlessness or irritability
  • Difficulty concentrating
  • Racing thoughts
  • Muscle tension or sleep issues
  • Avoidance of situations that trigger anxiety

Anxiety can feel consuming — but it’s not permanent.

Autism, ADD, ADHD

We provide neurodiversity-affirming therapy for children, teens, and adults with Autism, ADHD, or both. Our approach emphasizes strengths, realistic strategies, and full acceptance of each person’s unique wiring.

You or your child may be navigating:

  • Emotional overwhelm or shutdowns
  • Sensory sensitivities
  • Difficulty with organization, planning, or task initiation
  • Social burnout, masking, or feeling “different”
  • Rigid routines or challenges with transitions
  • Impulsivity or frustration
  • Low self-esteem due to years of misunderstanding
  • Co-occurring anxiety or depression

We provide a space where neurodivergent individuals feel seen, respected, and supported.

Couples Counselling

Every relationship faces challenges. Whether you’re experiencing conflict, communication breakdowns, or distance, couples therapy provides a supportive space to improve your relationship together. Our couples therapy is available online, across Canada.

Partners often reach out due to:

  • Frequent arguments
  • Difficulty expressing needs
  • Emotional disconnection
  • Trust issues or healing after a breach
  • Differences in parenting or values
  • Financial stress
  • Navigating major life transitions
  • Intimacy concern

You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit, many couples come proactively to strengthen their bond.

Child and Teen Therapy

Children and teens experience emotions and challenges just as deeply as adults, but they often don’t have the words to express what they’re going through. Our Child & Youth Therapy services provide a safe, connected space where young people can explore feelings, learn new skills, and develop resilience.

Families often reach out when they notice:

  • Increased anxiety or persistent worries
  • Low mood, irritability, or social withdrawal
  • Emotional outbursts or anger
  • School avoidance or academic struggles
  • Friendship difficulties or bullying
  • Changes in sleep or appetite
  • Behavioural challenges at home or school
  • Navigating divorce, loss, or major transitions

No issue is “too small.” Early support can prevent problems from becoming more serious later on.

Therapy for Depression

Depression can make everything feel heavy, from daily tasks to relationships to simply getting out of bed. You’re not alone, and you don’t need to navigate it without support.

People often reach out when they experience:

  • Persistent sadness or emptiness
  • Loss of interest in activities
  • Fatigue or low energy
  • Irritability or hopelessness
  • Trouble concentrating or making decisions
  • Changes in sleep or appetite
  • Withdrawal from friends or family
  • Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or numb

If you recognize yourself in these experiences, therapy can help you move forward at a pace that feels manageable.

LGBTQ+ Counselling

LGBTQ+ individuals often navigate unique experiences related to identity, family, community, and mental health. Our LGBTQ+ counselling services provide a safe, affirming, and non-judgmental space where you can explore who you are, process challenges, and build a life aligned with your values.

Whether you’re questioning your identity, seeking support for coming out, or looking for a therapist who truly “gets it,” you don’t have to do this alone.

Many 2SLGBTQIA+ clients reach out for support around:

  • Exploring sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression
  • Coming out at work, school, or within family systems
  • Navigating heteronormative or cisnormative environments
  • Relationship and communication challenges
  • Minority stress, shame, or internalized stigma
  • Anxiety, depression, or body image concerns
  • Gender dysphoria or transition-related support
  • Healing from rejection, discrimination, or past trauma
  • Building confidence, self-trust, and a stronger sense of identity

You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit, therapy can also be a place for growth, affirmation, and deeper self-understanding.
