About Anthony

It’s a big step to seek support when we feel vulnerable, and I want to congratulate you on taking that step. Do you feel like you’re walking on eggshells with every action you take? You've tried meditation, journaling, and self-help techniques, but don't find them helpful? Whether you want to manage your stress, better understand why your emotional system has significantly changed, or feel that you want to move on in life, engaging in therapy can help. I want to hear your story, how your past has shaped who you are today, and work together along your therapeutic journey.

In my practice, I use a variety of approaches, including Person-Centred Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Internal Family Systems to best support you. I tailor my approach based on your clinical needs. Finding the right therapist is important, and making that decision can be difficult. I offer a free 30-minute consultation so that you can determine if I’m the right fit for you.
