About Julia

Are you feeling checked-out, disconnected, or overwhelmed? Are you finding yourself just trying to make it through each day? Many of us struggle silently with stress, anxiety, and even burnout, but it is possible to move towards balance and self-fulfillment. Therapy offers an opportunity for personal growth through self-reflection, learning new skills, and changing unhelpful thinking/behaviour patterns. I want to help you become the best version of yourself.

I will work with you to create goals, challenge you to meet them, and celebrate your wins. My approach is tailored to your individual needs.

As a neurodiverse, LGBTQIA2S+ therapist, my top priority is creating a safe space that allows clients to present authentically (no need to mask!). As a lifelong resident of Northern, Ontario, I have a thorough understanding and appreciation of the unique and challenging circumstances that come with living in rural/northern communities. I strive to provide with trauma-informed and culturally competent care. I am always open to your ongoing feedback and appreciative of learning opportunities as we collaborate on helping you feel better.
