About Kaizen Therapy
Kaizen Therapy is a Canadian therapy practice started by Joshua and Chris after seeing a need for affordable, accessible therapy solutions across Canada. There are hundreds upon hundreds of therapists, but few offer quality therapy services at accessible rates. Thus, Kaizen Therapy was born.
The name Kaizen (pronounced KY [like pie but with a K] – ZEN) was inspired by the Japanese term Kaizen, which is frequently used in the business world and literally means “Good Change” or “Continuous Improvement.” We take this seriously and focus this philosophy across 3 pillars of our practice:
Client: We hope to support you as you make Good Change to achieve your therapy and life goals.
Therapist: We hold our team to a high standard of Continuous Improvement, meaning we are constantly engaging in supervision, continuing education, and improving our practice.
Clinic: We are constantly looking for ways to improve our clinic and extend the accessibility and affordability of our services across Canada.
