About Kristle

Seeking support is one of the most courageous steps a person can take, and I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel genuinely heard, understood, and respected. My goal is to create a warm, compassionate, and collaborative environment where clients can explore life's challenges without judgment while developing practical tools to move toward the life they want.

I am a Registered Nurse Psychotherapist with nearly 20 years of experience supporting individuals and families through complex medical conditions, major life transitions, caregiver stress, and emotionally challenging situations. Throughout my career in case management, public health, and community care, I have worked alongside people from diverse backgrounds, helping them navigate uncertainty, advocate for themselves, and build resilience during some of the most difficult times in their lives. These experiences have shaped my calm, compassionate, and client-centred approach to psychotherapy.

I integrate evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), tailoring therapy to each client's unique needs, strengths, and goals. I have a special interest in supporting adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, caregiver fatigue, chronic illness, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, and the unique pressures faced by healthcare professionals and other helping professionals. My goal is to help clients feel empowered, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change. Services Available in English and Tagalog
